What is your shipping policy?
Prints on stone: items are shipped out within 5-7 working days. AU POST Shipping within Australia will take approximately 5 – 10 working days. For Express Post please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
We use Australia Registered International Post with 15-25 day delivery service. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
Are artworks framed?
Artworks are unframed unless specified in the description. Prints on stone have a built-in recycled timber frame.
Drawings and original or editioned prints on paper will most likely be shipped in a tube, whereas paintings are packaged in boxes.
Is pick-up available?
Absolutely. Just email with your inquiry to email@example.com or call +61478765259 to organise pick-up. Note that the studio is located in Melbourne.
Can I re-schedule my booked class?
Yes, you can. However we require a two weeks' notice. We may not be able to re-schedule of refund the cost of your class if you fail to notify us two weeks before your booked class via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone.
What is your refund policy?
If on the rare occasion you receive a damaged piece due to a poor parcel handling, we will happily offer an exchange or store credit provided you return it in its original packaging and undamaged.
Store credits and exchanges are only offered with original receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase. We only send out the replacement item or store credit once we receive the "faulty" item.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our studio. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the item.
